H1B Visa Process
The H1B Visa authorizes U.S-based employers to sponsor foreign workers engaged in specialty occupations to live and work in the United States on a temporary basis. Employers apply for this visa on behalf of skilled workers so that they could move to the U.S and work for the employer over a fixed period.
RackMile Private Limited also specializes in working with employers who want to file applications for H1B visas for their employees. Our H1B visa services help skilled workers across India and the world to get sponsored by U.S-based employers with an H1B visa.

Our Services for H1B Visa Process
We take care of all the end-to-end documentation for H1B visa aspirants. When an employer has selected a skilled worker to apply for the H1B visa, we help the employer to file an H1B petition on behalf of the worker.
As part of our services, we advise General Managers of Indian or non-U.S based companies regarding H1B visa requirements
Our experts evaluate employee profiles in detail and report on their shortcomings/deficiencies
We verify and help optimize the Labor Condition Application (LCA) that the U.S-based employer has filed with the U.S Department of Labor in relation to a worker’s profile so that the application can be certified. This ensures compliance with prevailing wage norms and labor work conditions as per U.S laws.
In house experts at RackMile review the H1B application forms and associated documents for correctness
When the LCA has been certified by the U.S Department of Labor, we assist employers in filing the Form I-129 petition for non-immigrant workers. This is followed by filing of both LCA and Form I-129 with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), along with filing of any additional documentation and fees, if required. Additional documents may include evidence showing the skilled worker’s education details, skill-based training certifications, professional membership documents if relevant, the skilled worker’s CV, employment confirmation letter, and a letter of support.
Once the Form I-129 is approved, we help the workers to submit Form DS-160.
We comprehensively take care of the end-to-end documentation needed for a skilled worker so that they can be sponsored with an H1B visa in quick time.
